These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GAROL AI website (garol.ai) and services. By using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Website Usage

You agree to use garol.ai only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

2. Services

GAROL AI provides AI Ally implementations including conversational automations, CRM automation, scheduling, and related professional services under a separate service agreement.

3. AI Implementation

AI Allies are configured to your business rules and integrated with your platforms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and content provided for training, and for supervising automated responses where required by law or regulation.

4. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate business information, maintain valid credentials for the platforms we integrate (WhatsApp Business, CRM, calendars, etc.), and comply with all applicable regulations governing your industry and communications.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the GAROL AI platform, code, methodology and brand belongs to GAROL AI. Client data and content remain the property of the client. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of GAROL's IP.

6. Payment Terms

Setup fees are due at the time of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance beginning on the date specified in your plan. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAROL AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GAROL AI is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
