This policy explains the terms under which GAROL AI issues refunds and processes cancellations for our services.

1. Setup / Implementation Fees

Setup and implementation fees are generally non-refundable once the implementation process has begun. Implementation is considered to have begun upon the earlier of (a) the kick-off meeting, (b) receipt of client credentials or content, or (c) the start of AI training and configuration.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled by the client at any time in accordance with the service agreement. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are issued.

3. Requesting a Cancellation

To request cancellation, send an email to legal@garol.ai from the account of record with at least seven (7) days notice before the next billing date.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and recovery of associated fees.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, GAROL AI may issue a partial refund at its sole discretion. Any refund granted does not create a precedent or entitlement to future refunds.
